In compliance with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the User is hereby informed that the owner of the website (hereinafter, the “Website”) is FERRER INTERNACIONAL, S.A. (hereinafter, “FERRER”) whose identification details are as follows:

1. Access to and operation of the Website
The Legal Notice and Conditions of Use regulate Users’ access to and use of the Website, the purpose of which is to allow users to get informed about the Ferrer4Program and associated services, products, or information. Access to the Website is free of charge.
2. Use of the Website
The User undertakes to make appropriate use of the contents of the Website and is obliged to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information about the data requested in the different forms, and keep them updated, every time he/she uses the Website;
- Not to engage in activities that are illicit, illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;
- Not to disseminate content or propaganda that is racist, xenophobic, discriminatory due to race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public liberties, honor, privacy or the
- image of third parties and, in general, current legislation;
- Not to cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Web Site, of FERRER’s suppliers or of third parties, nor to introduce or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that could cause the
- aforementioned damage;
- Not to use the contents of the Web Site and the information on it to send advertising, or send messages for any other commercial purpose, or to collect or store personal data of third parties;
- Not to attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the e-mail accounts of other users and modify or manipulate their messages.
FERRER reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate to its Web Site without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through the same and the way in which they are presented or located on its Web Site. Therefore, we recommend that the User access and read it periodically.
3. Responsibilities
a) Responsibility for the use of the Website: The User is solely responsible for any infringements that may be incurred or damages that may be caused by the use of the Web Site, and FERRER is exonerated from any kind of liability that may arise from the User’s actions.
FERRER will use all reasonable efforts and means to provide up-to-date and reliable information on the Web Site. However, FERRER does not assume any guarantee regarding the presence of errors or possible inaccuracies and/or omissions in any of the contents accessible through this Web Site.
The user is the only party responsible for any claim or legal action, judicial or extrajudicial, brought by third parties against FERRER based on the use of the Web Site by the user. Where applicable, the User will assume any expenses, costs and indemnities incurred by FERRER as a result of such claims or legal actions.
b) Responsibility for the functioning of the Web Site: FERRER excludes all liability that may arise from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system.
Likewise, it also excludes any liability that may arise from delays or blockages in the operation of this electronic system caused by deficiencies or overloading of telephone lines or the Internet, as well as damage caused by third parties through illegitimate interference beyond the control of FERRER. FERRER is authorised to temporarily suspend, without prior notice, access to the Web Site for maintenance, repair, updating or improvement operations.
c) Liability for content: FERRER will not be liable, except in those cases where the law requires it, for any damage or harm that may be caused by the use, reproduction, distribution or public communication or any type of activity carried out on the texts and/or photographs that are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to third parties, without the User having previously obtained the necessary authorisation from their owners to carry out the use that he/she is making or intends to make.
On the other hand, FERRER will not be responsible for the information sent by the User when it does not have effective knowledge that the information stored is illicit or that it harms the property or rights of a third party susceptible to compensation. As soon as FERRER becomes aware that it is hosting data such as the aforementioned, it undertakes to act diligently to remove them or make access to them impossible.

4. Third party links
a) Linking website: Third parties that intend to include a link to this Website on their web page must comply with current legislation and may not host contents that are inappropriate and/or illicit. Under no circumstances is FERRER responsible for the content of the third party, nor does it promote, guarantee, supervise or recommend the contents of the latter. In the event that the linking website breaches any of the above aspects, it will be obliged to remove the link immediately.

Notwithstanding the above, FERRER is not responsible for the content of these linked web pages, but it will be the User’s responsibility to accept and check the accesses each time he/she accesses them. This Legal Notice and Conditions of Use refer solely to this and FERRER’s contents, and do not apply to the links or third party web pages accessible through the Web Site.
Such links or mentions have a purpose that does not imply support, approval, commercialisation or any relationship whatsoever between FERRER and the persons or entities that own the sites where they are found.
5. Intellectual and industrial property on the contents
All the contents of the Web Site, unless otherwise indicated, are the exclusive property of FERRER or its affiliates, including but not limited to the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs and other elements that appear on the Web Site. Likewise, all trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the Web Site are protected by law.
FERRER does not grant any type of licence or authorisation for personal use to the User on its intellectual and industrial property rights or on any other right related to its Web Site and the services offered therein.
Therefore, the User acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, commercialisation, transformation, and in general, any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this constitutes an infringement of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of FERRER or of the owner of the same.

Advertising or sponsored content may be hosted on the Website. Advertisers or sponsors are solely responsible for ensuring that the material submitted for inclusion on the Web Site complies with the laws that may be applicable in each case.
FERRER will not be responsible for any error, inaccuracy or irregularity that the advertising content of the sponsors may contain. In any case, in order to lodge any claim related to the advertising content inserted in this you can contact FERRER by the means indicated at the beginning.

8. Applicable legislation
This Legal Notice and Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law.
For the resolution of any conflict that may arise from access to the Web Site, the relevant courts or tribunals of the User’s domicile shall be competent.
FERRER will pursue non-compliance with this Legal Notice and Conditions of Use, as well as any improper use of the Web Site, exercising all the civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it and that are permitted by law.
